What Is Floor Rise Charge?

Floor rise is an additional charge per sq ft applied to flats above a certain floor — usually the 4th or 5th floor in Kharghar projects. It ranges from ₹50 to ₹100 per sq ft per floor. A 10th floor flat (rise starting from 5th) carries a floor count of 6, adding significantly to your total cost. Our calculator handles this automatically.

Stamp Duty & GST on Property in Navi Mumbai
